Business, Native American, Public Relations

Happy 10th Birthday to us!

How many of these images from 2009’s headlines do YOU remember?

From our first offices at Albuquerque Studios to our new headquarters in Nashville we’ve matured quite well (if we do say so ourselves) into a national agency the last 10 years, serving global brands, blue chips, entertainment giants, casino enterprises and luxury hotels, Native American tribes and businesses, literary talents, startup ventures, and much, much more!

But we’re NOT looking back—we’re looking FORWARD…to the next 10 years. And we are not slowing down…

Our tribal communities are saddened by the news of Governor Bill Richardson's passing -- my phone has been ringing non-stop today about it. He remains deeply respected for his service and collaborative approach to our particular needs in the seat of Indian Country. On a more personal level, he was a champion and intellectual inspiration for the launch of this company.I am ever grateful for the compassion, thought leadership, and confidence he placed in me during his successful governorship of New Mexico, and it was one of my highest honors collaborating with him on behalf of our Indian tribes, nations, and pueblos.I'll never forget laying on a bed in the Hospital ER, and the nurse bringing a phone to my bedside (mumbling in disbelief that the Governor of our state was calling for me), holding it next to my ear, and that distinctive voice comforting me and -- in Bill's true fashion -- telling me to hurry up and get better because we've "got a lot to do," while offering anything I should need during recovery would be taken care of, no matter what.Godspeed, old friend. I will miss our conversations.#BillRichardson #newmexico #newmexicotrue #nativeamerican #indiantribes #santafe Indian Country Today New Mexico True ... See MoreSee Less
